OMG I can't belive it's a salad!

  • I love this salad sooooo much! I can eat it everyday. Feel free to add ingredients you like, or subtract the one you don't. This salad will make you feel full and satisfied.
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1 medium cucumber, chopped
    2 tablespoons sweet corn
    1 tablespoon blueberry
    1/2 chopped apple
    1 tablespoon sliced almonds
    3 ounces grilled chicken breast, chopped
    2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 tablespoon fatte cheese
  • 2 chopped hard boiled eggs
    2 table spoons lemon
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    salt and pepper

    Add it all in a bowl and toss until mixed.

This sounds really really good. I love salads and can eat them constantly.
