Even if you not a big veggie fan, this recipe will make you love to eat Vegetables....and that's a promise ;) it's great for lunch, dinner or as aside dish. It's easy and fast to make. Come on ..give it a chance!
Ingredients
2 peeled and chopped carrots
2 peeled and chopped zuccini
1 head of chopped broclie
1 tablespoon of Chicago Steak Seasoning (by Weber you can finf it in Walmart
1 teaspoon Turmeric spice
A dash of Black Pepper
DO NOT USE SALT
2 tbs olive oil
Direction
preheat oven to 350
1 tbs oil in baking dish and place all veggie in. Add all seasoning, and another tbs oil on top of veggie, mix well.
place sidh in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!

I roast all kinds of veggies. My faves are broccoli & cauliflower; brussel sprouts; and potatoes with leeks...yum! I just toss whatever dish I make with a little olive oil, some kosher salt and lots of cracked black pepper. Spread them on a baking/cookie sheet and roast at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or so...slap your mama delish! Thanks for stopping by today. Am following you now as well!
