This recipe is so easy, fast, and also will save you money...better then going to a restaurant


1 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Or Even better Chicago Steak seasoning (by Weber you can find it in walmart, you can use it on everything you cook so good. If you use it don't add salt.)


Preheat the grill to medium-high. Season the beef with Chicago Steak seasoning. Grill meat until charred and cooked to medium-rare doneness, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before slicing into 1/4-inch thick slices.
